About Candice
Originally from the U.S.A. I spent much of my adult life living in Santa Monica, California, where movement and boutique fitness became a major part of my life.
My background spans from Pilates, Barre, Yoga, HIIT, Running, Spin, Bootcamps, Conditioning, but Reformer Pilates became the method that brought everything together: Strength, Control, Mobility, and Precision.
My teaching reflects the dynamic training style I experienced in Los Angeles, combined with the individualized attention possible in a private studio. Sessions are tailored to the person in front of me. Their goals, abilities, movement history, and the way they want to feel and perform.
I am a Certified STOTT Pilates & Barre Instructor. I am trained in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel with additional education in injury and special populations, sports and athletic conditioning. I have a particular interest in Prenatal and postpartum movement, recovery, mobility, and Athletic Performance.
As a mother of 2, I have experienced both Cesarean and Natural births. I have also worked through my own ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, and foot surgery, while returning to running, training, and an active lifestyle.
These experiences have shaped how I approach movement: respecting where the body is today while continuing to work toward strength, mobility and long-term resilience.
At Mint Pilates, sessions combine precise, individualized Pilates with an energetic and dynamic approach. Always adapted to the person in front of me.
